    Dear community,

    I want to know how to delete or update comment using case comment widget.

    when a user creates a comment and submits it, they are unable to delete it.

    Hello again!

    For our CSHS case pages and views, we have added that option to the Case Comments UI View.

    We also provided view configuration for this so you can prevent it if you choose.

    That feature was added to the Comments CSHS UI View in BAW 23.0.1 which was released last June 2023.
