A query I am needing to know what is the most appropriate and fastest procedure to perform a Backup (Export) of an APICv10 & then perform the Import of said Backup in a new APICv10 in another environment. Any recommendation?,

I think you know this answer already since you asked me yesterday.
There aren't multiple options here.
Backup / restore is documented in the ibm knowledge centre, there is not an alternative to that.
