Hello

I have managed to configure MAS 9 with Spatial to connect to ESRI online (see previous posts on travel time calculations for scheduling). I can get the latitude and longitude of a service address to be populated for a service address by right-clicking in the map tap and clicking on Set Record Location.

What I would like to do is to have the system populate the latitudes and longitudes for service addresses where these are null by sending the address details (e.g. post code) to ESRI geocoding service as cron / escalation task.

Note this is not synchronising with GIS objects held in ESRI, I just want the latitude and longitude values setting on the service address records held in Maximo.
