Trying to run APIConnect OVA 'management_10.0.8.0.ova ' with vmware workstation player 17. On windows 10. 

I get the 'Ubuntu login', what is the initial user credentials? Looks like it is not the same as previous version such as v2018 or v5. 

Also since I am on windows is it okay to get 'ubuntu login' as the prompt or am I using incorrect ova version. Thanks 

I'm afraid this won't work. The OVAs require VMware ESX, workstation player is not sufficient and can't be made to work.

Yeah this is causing me some grief as I use VMware Workstation Pro 17.5.2 and I was told that Turbo only works with VCenter / VSphere. A Workstation Pro license is only $9.95. But a license for Vcenter / Vsphere is ???? And not only that, Turbo uses an OLD Linux. CentOS / Alma. We own RedHat so why are not using RedHat. It would also help if Turbo had a native / base installation where you could install it on any virtualized image.

I do get the ubuntu prompt when I run the ova with the workstation player pro 17, its just I don't know the default initial user credentials to log in so I can start the configurations. The ones I found in different articles doesn't seem to work. Such as admin/admin, apcadm/manage, ubuntu/ubuntu.
