  • 1.  APIC Portal Error: WARNING: site encountered error(s) processing webhook / snapshot data

    Hi All,

    We have APIC v10.0.5.2ifix1 HA Portal which passes health-check

    Portal passes health-check
    NAME             READY   STATUS    VERSION          RECONCILED VERSION   MESSAGE           AGE
    apicefsrr1port   6/6     Running   10.0.5.2-ifix1   10.0.5.2-ifix1-124   Serving 9 sites   2y11d

    When I exec into www-0 Pod and run "check_site -a", each site gives following warning

     WARNING: site encountered error(s) processing webhook / snapshot data.  Errors will be cleared next time a snapshot is processed cleanly.

    We attempted to refresh each site using the command listed below in an effort to clear out warning but no success

        site_content_refresh -f {siteuuid} inside the portal-www admin container

    Please advise how to clear these warning messages for each

    I think you should raise a support case and attach the logs and the support team will be able to help you.

    Those errors will be for a reason and we need to fix that rather than just clearing the errors.
