    How is it possible to customize the API manager. My customers need to add and remove some stuff from the portal pages like adding more details about the API when approving it.

    Try creating a custom theme for Drupal or editing the sections.

    All of this refers to the customization of the developer portal. But what about the API manager itself. I need to add more API information on the page where the admin approves the staging of the new APIs.
