We have both API V5 and V10 infrastructure in prod where API V5 is currently taking traffic and we are planning to move the traffic from V5 to V10 setup. But before that, we want to make both V5 and V10 have similar API configuration since the configuration was migrated to V10 a year back and want to make sure every changes done in V5 after the migration activity was propagated to V10 environment as well. What is the way to check the API configuration between V5 and V10 and make sure both are identical?

Delta data can be migrated using AMU but verification has to be manual (as far as I know).  Use AMU to export entire data from v5 and try to migrate. The migration will leave existing objects as-is on v10 environment. However, in practice I have found a lot of ifs and buts here and there while doing so. There is no straightforward way to tackle everything in one go. Best approach is to do it and address issues shown in logs.

I would suggest using the APIC Toolkit to interrogate the available content in v5 and run the equivalent commands against the v10 system and compare the results,
