  • 1.  Any known issue with installing on OpenSuse 13.2?

    I am running a RD&T box on OpenSuse 13.2. This is more for presales support, and not for development. I am curious if anyone has any seen any, or know of any known issues with this release of OpenSuse.

    Just as a follow up, I do have RD&T 9.1 running successfully on OpenSuse 13.2. No issues as of yet, however, this is a demo box and as such is not going through the rigor that a development team may push it through.

    Hi Kenny,

     

    Glad it seems to be working for you.  As an aside, RD&T is tested on OpenSuSE, and is supported on later versions besides the minimum requirement.  If there is a problem that is found, support will be provided.

    Hi,

    I'm running the latest RD&T Release + z/OS 2.1 on OpenSuse 13.2. Absolutely no issues - works perfect. I'm really happy about that because I've been using SuSE Linux since the very first release.
