Thanks for asking this question @Keith Edwards. We are in the process of implementing Robots (RPAs) as well and I'm sure our start will just be the tip of the iceberg. Rather than creating a new IT Tower, could this fit into the new TBM V2.1 TAxonomy -> Platform - Middleware IT Tower? Now what what service would you map RPAs too? Lots of options. Perhaps create a new service under emerging called RPA? I'm keen to hear what others say as well. Again, thanks for bringing this up!
