We have added Reports to Report Collections, which project needs to be migrated to see those new reports in the appropriate collections in STG & PROD?  Master Reports? User?

Adding reports to a report collection

To add a report to a report collection, select Collections from the Author tab on the Ribbon.

A report can be added to one or more collections. Add reports to a collection using the Collections tool on the Author tab on the Ribbon. Delete reports from a collection using the same tool.

Adding a report

To add a report to a collection:

1. Navigate to the report.
2. Select Collections on the Author tab.A menu is displayed as shown in Figure A below.Figure A. Adding a report to report collections
3. Open the drop-down list and select a collection.
4. To add the report to another collection, repeat step 3.

Deleting a report

To delete a report from a collection:

1. Navigate to the report.
2. Select Collections on the Author tab.
3. In the menu, click the red X next to the name of the collection.

Undoing an add/delete

To undo an add/delete to report collection, you must use the Audit Log in the Settings project.

Great question- if all you did was add the report to the Collections (and haven't edited the master report applied to your reports) you will want to publish the Settings project. This contains all Reports in a Collection. If you have created or edited a master report you will also want to publish Master Reports.
