I have a record type which has its own life cycle.

State transition matrix is defined as per the life cycle and it is working fine. Now the requirement is I need to setup single group (only one group from exsiting multiple groups) should have ability to change the state to close from any state (Submit or other states), meaning this group should have ability to set state to close even though the record state is SUBMIT.
