I created an account to use the trial period, but I can't access it. After logging in, a message appears.

"You have a valid IBMid, but a subscription is required to access Bob. Just signed up? Your account may still be setting up-please wait a few minutes and try again. Don't have a subscription? Visit pricing page to start a free trial or choose a plan."

The subscription is on hold, I'm seeing several similar situations since last week, I'll try and find out what's holding it back.
