On www.ibm.com/academic/home, there is a link 'Already registered? Log in'. When I click on it, the page ur.us-south.cf.appdomain.cloud/a2mt/email-auth appears and tells me to enter my academic institution issued mail address. When I enter this address and click on 'Submit', the 'Academic Access Management Tool' page appears where one is supposed to enter name and IBM ID and a password. When I enter this information, including the password, a message appears stating that I already have an IBM ID and that I should log in with it by entering my password. But, as I said, the password is already entered. Entering it again makes the same message pop up again. This is a bug.
My IBM ID works fine when I log in, e.g., on www.ibm.com/products/ilog-cplex-optimization-studio. When I move from there to www.ibm.com/academic/home, however, the latter page does not recognize that I am logged in.
I tried several browsers and settings (no popup-blocker, no VPN, no ad blocker) on several computers (all with Windows 10), but to no avail.
Please note that my student email address and the email used for MyIBM ID are different.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Please reply to any of these addresses.
Thanks.
