    Dear all,

    I am trying to get access to CPLEX ILOG software through the academic initiative. However, every time I put in my .edu email, it shows the error message "You have exceeded the limit of recertification.". Any idea about a resolution? Any comment is highly appreciated!

    Hello,

    some rules limit the number of recertifications.

    If you send an email to cos-ai-support@wwpdl.vnet.ibm.com with the email address associated with your account, they will extend the limit.
