    When I click the "Download v12.10" link on the software tab of this webpage: https://www.ibm.com/academic/technology/data-science I get a pop up saying "The link maybe down, please try again later". Is everyone else getting this, or just me? Anyone know when it will be fixed? Thanks!

    The FAQ at https://www.ibm.com/academic/faqs/faqs has a 'Support' section that mentions possible fixes for some issues. If this doesn't help, please let us know and we'll look further into this.

    Hi,

    In reference to my problem:

    • "Requested resource currently unavailable, please try again later". If you get this message, you need to wait a few days. The issue resolves automatically.

    it has been many weeks now and I still get the same message when trying to access cplex 20.1 academic version. 

    any help is greatly appreciated !
