    I have a question about AIOps.
    Is it possible to monitor network usage using snmp?
    And can I set a threshold for network utilization?

    Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps has an optional Network and Performance management capability to do what you ask. But that said I'd take a look at SevOne instead.
