I solve a model by cplex 12.8 in a computer with 32G RAM and find that the utility of memory is high (>90%) while the utility of CPU is low (about 2%). And, the solving time of the model recorded by cplex is fast (about 10 sec) while the real time is about 1 hour. Why?  Thanks in advance

Is this a MIP model? If so, I suggest that you post the log output, and indicate where in the output you are seeing the "about 10 sec" solution time. The 2% CPU utilization figure is suspiciously low, if in fact it was observed while CPLEX was actually working on the model.
