    Hi Buddy,

    Based on the error, it appears that when you're testing the API from the API Manager Test window, a trace request is also being initiated. This trace functionality relies on the API Probe configuration being enabled on DataPower within the same API Connect domain.

    Please ensure that:

    1. The API Probe service is in an up state on DataPower. For reference, you can check out below screenshot.

    Once these configurations are verified, retry the API test from API Manager.
