The Cplex addin encounters an error 5: "Unsupported operation requested."
I don't know if Cplex in Excel can handle such nonlinear problem. How can i fix the model?

No, CPLEX can in general not solve this type of problem (neither in the Excel connector nor in any other connector). You can find a list of problem types that CPLEX can solve in the user manual.
