I'm new to this platform. Can someone tell me how to model subtour elimination constraints for a MILP in OPL CPLEX for a multi-vehicle IRP?
See my code attached. There are no errors in the code so far, but I know that the subtour constraints are not correct yet. See below the mathematical model. It would be awesome if someone can tell me how to model constraint 11 and (especially) 12 into the mod file.
