That's not quite right, but a better solution would be SPSSINC CENSOR TABLES (Utilities > Censor Table) if you have the cell count in the table. You give it the censoring criterion row or column, the test value, the type of test (<), and the rows or columns to censor.relative to the censoring criterion ...
