    When a report is run with format 'Delimited text (CSV)' the generated output file extension is still .xls instead of .csv. Also, if the advanced server parameter RSVP.CSV.MIMETYPE is either set to 'application/csv' or 'application/vnd.ms-excel' the report output has no extension.
