• Operational Insights: You can now add Business Automation Insights as an optional component to your Business Automation Workflow standalone container deployments using your existing Business Automation Workflow license. Business Automation Insights provides near real-time dashboards for your processes and cases helping users gain operational insights, monitor KPIs and improve performance. Use features like Intelligent Task Prioritization and Workforce Insights that help transform raw event data into actionable intelligence for smarter, data-driven decisions. This is now supported for deployments of Business Automation Workflow on Red Hat® OpenShift® Container Platform, Tanzu and Rancher.

• Enhanced MQ Support: You can now publish MQ-based automation services directly from Process Designer.
