IBM InterConnect 2017, the premier conference for cloud education and skill development will be held on March 19-23, 2017 in Las Vegas, NV. The call for speakers is now open and we would like to invite you to submit a speaking proposal for the ITSM topic at the event.
ITSM was a hot topic at InterConnect 2016, featuring 200+ ITSM sessions including keynotes, breakouts, lightning talks, labs and workshops plus an incredible presence in the Solutions Expo. Submitting a session for our 2017 event will offer a great opportunity for you to continue to be a part of one of the industry's biggest technology conferences and to showcase your unique ITSM experiences, skills and services to your prospective clients. Additionally, attendance at the event will allow you to network and learn from 20,000+ attendees.
In response to prior attendee and customer input, we are integrating ITSM and DevOps topics to deliver a cohesive experience. We are actively seeking abstracts for the following ITSM sub-topics:

- Communications Service Provider
- IT Operations Analytics
- IT Operations Management
- Service Desk
- Workload Automation
- z Systems ITSM
You will find the sub-topics listed above in both the ITSM and DevOps topics, as part of the Hybrid program. Select the program and subtopic that aligns best with your proposal. All proposals should include a presentation title and a well-written abstract of approximately 100 words that reflects an organized description of the presentation.
