There is a Wiki-style link: "tab:tab name/report name"

What is the tab component here? 

is it a report collection ? (OR) is it a tab component within a report? (OR) something else entirely

This one is a little difficult. It's a legacy component referring to the early version of Apptio when it was called "Service Costing." You will often see this structure in your url:

(domain)Cost+Transparency/tab.Service+Costing/App+Review

The tab section is referencing the old Service Costing report save structure. The important part is the end where it says the report name, in this case "App Review"

Sometimes you will see it referenced as /View:App+Review -> This is what I'm looking for at the end to see it's referencing a report.
