Great post Srikanth!  Thank you for sharing this.  I'm posting it in TBM Studio R12 also and tagging @Shannon Wallner in case there is another helpful place to post it.  It's insightful to me to see where a transitioning customer would think to look for info.  We often think of TBM Studio R12 as it's own category and post transistion information there but this makes me realize that, understandably, a CT R11 person is thinking Cost Transparency KB.  Thanks for that perspective!  

And please feel free to make your own post in TBM Studio R12 and I'll delete my comment so you get more of the visibility (and the points! )  just let me know if/when you do. Transitioning from Cost Transparency R11 to TBM Studio R12

I definitely know that about you Srikanth Satakopan - that your motivation has nothing to do with points or visibility.  I offered that because we like for active members to have that visibility so other members have more opportunities to know who the Elite TBMAs are that they can go to for support and assistance!  Thank you for always being engaged in helpful and insightful ways!
