We are trying to produce Dashboard containing various tables which requires dynamic coloring feature on cell values.

I was able to find the highlight feature on Data Tab(R12) however I am unable to create formulas to color the cells dynamically. I want to compare the selected column and use IF condition on cells and change thier background accordingly but it is coloring all my cells so pretty sure formula issue, screenshot below:

I have also tried IF({Eg Master Data.column name}>Value("1,000","en_US"),"yellow","green")

All I need is the right name to compare selected column numbers.

Any help is appreciated.....

Have you tried to right click and show full data path on your table?  If you click in the white space of the table you should see an option for "Show Full Data path" this will allow you to see what the column is.  In addition, when you want to highlight I'd suggest removing the time period off and then doing the highlight. Once the highlight has been done you can reapply the time period.

Thank You Ryan, it worked, However after applying timeline it is not working, any idea Why?

Great, I'm glad it worked.  I'm thinking since it's more than a month of time (quarterly), but let me do some testing on my side and I'll get back to you.  In the meantime, can you try to just put in months and see if it stops working?

Tried With Months, did not work, same result as before.

Once you apply Timeline on Values it losses the formula applied and after you apply the same formula,it doesn't work

Sorry took me so long to test.  But I'm experiencing the same I'd recommend adding a support ticket so they can get a ticket into P&E to see if this can be fixed.
