Hello, @Trupti Chittaragi, as @Fred Salatino posted, your organization needs to have a contract with IBM Apptio to access the Apptio applications (Costing, Cloudability, Targetprocess, etc.)

If so, there must be someone that manages access to the Apptio apps.

A related question, how would it work for accessing Apptio via the Azure marketplace? Is it the same deal, only with different rates?
