Summary

For organizations using our OMNIbus or Impact products, your deployment can be a springboard into AIOps. Think of OMNIbus and Impact as the core of AIOps event management capabilities today. These products empower you to cast a wide net to ingest relevant data from any source, intelligently process and analyze it, see which applications or parts of the infrastructure are impacted, and even suggest guided steps to mitigate, resolve, and ultimately prevent issues from occurring.

All these functions are critical elements for AIOps. Netcool OMNIbus and Netcool Impact have ingested and processed primarily the “structured” data from monitors, management tools and resources across the environment. With the addition of new AI capabilities, you can now also ingest, correlate and process “unstructured” data that tend to come from logs, service tickets and collaboration tools – such as natural language that can add significant insight to the incident resolution process.

In this webinar led by Sr. Product Manager James Moore and AIOps & Automation Sales Leader Kim Richter, learn how to gain access to the next generation of IT Ops features while keeping those that are working for you. In this session, we will discuss the value of trading up to Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps, the approach to your specific entitlement path, and cover our “move-at-your-own-pace” deployment options.

Register now to learn how to enhance your existing deployment by moving to Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps!
