Summary

IBM Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps v3.5 focuses on the ability to help our users understand priority across all IT stories, in the context of a line of business or service. The Business Context data is made available in the AIOps Insights Dashboard as part of the v3.5 release and will ultimately show the value of AIOps by intelligently enriching, grouping and deduplicating alerts in a dashboard that illustrates buyer context, so that executive stakeholders may correlate business KPIs to application issues and prioritize remediation responses based on the impact it will have. Erika is responsible for the AIOps Insights Dashboard, IBM® Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager (TADDM), and new innovative integration ideas.

Erika have been recognized for her reliable and strategic leadership. She is motivated by understanding and satisfying customer needs and finding the best sustainable solution by exploring diverse ideas with her team while keeping in mind the constraints. Her passion is in global health and healthcare and how technology can make differences in the field. Thus, she loves to be involved anything new in technology and understand well to provide her unique perspective acquired through out her diverse professional background including public health, law, HR, and disaster relief and lived in different continents. After obtaining her MBA in Technology Commercialization and Entrepreneurship among a few other focused areas, she joined IBM as a tech product manager in 2021.
