IBM Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps v3.5 focuses on the ability to help our users understand priority across all IT stories, in the context of a line of business or service. The Business Context data is made available in the AIOps Insights Dashboard as part of the v3.5 release and will ultimately show the value of AIOps by intelligently enriching, grouping and deduplicating alerts in a dashboard that illustrates buyer context, so that executive stakeholders may correlate business KPIs to application issues and prioritize remediation responses based on the impact it will have.
