I am working in a WAIOPS project for a big Customer which does not have ServiceNow. They use HP Service Manager instead.Has anyone worked on integration between WAIOPS (AI Manager) and HP Service Manager ? What is the recommended path in order to enable features like:
- Automated creation/updates of stories and issues (incidents) ?
- Incident search etc...
I understand that in the upcoming AI Manager v3.3 there is nothing specific for HP Service Management integration in the same way that we have today for ServiceNow.
What its new in v3.3, is a new connector integration framework that will allow to create custom connectors that will show up in the UI. But this requires writing Java code to describe the behavior specific to the (HPSM) connector's business logic and operations.
