Hi Fabian

You can create as many network interfaces as you need in the SevOne OVA to reach different networks from the SevOne appliance. The internal routing table will decide which interface is used to reach the different IPs.

Fabian,

Yes, you are allow to add additional vNIC either from hypervisor level or in the VM. 
I do have customer have as many as 4 vNIC,
1 -control plan 
3 - for different subnet.
