If I already have omnibus, impact and webgui, to implement NOI, do I need to upgrade the omnibus and Impact base for NOI?

For information about the component versions supported for NOIv1.4.1, refer to this Knowledge Center topic.

Within this Knowledge Center topic, you can see similar information for another NOI version when you select another NOI version from the drop down menu (top left).

Well, it depends...NOI has several segments, NOI Event Mgmt, Network Mgmt, Analytics etc. Based on your need, you can pick one or more of the segments or all. From earlier response URL, you can navigate to which talks about specific component version requirement for a given NOI level. For e.g. NOI v1.4.1.1 - you must be on the exact version or latest (not prior) in-order to completely benefit from latest features and bug fixes.  In-order to understand each segment bit granular, you may look at slide#5 @

Technically you need to be at the versions listed in the other posts however be aware that you also need NOI liceenses which are an upsell on standard OMNNibus/Impact.

Actually it cost us less to transfer our licenses onto NOI, than renew our Impact/Omnibus/ITNM Licenses.......
