    This page has a list of all the local ITSM User Groups around the world (be sure to click on the IT Service Management tab) https://www.imwuc.org/page/ibm-middleware-user-community-local-groups.

    Currently, there is not one located in Brazil, but anyone is can start a user group. All you need is the passion, willingness to plan meet-ups and ability to provide/curate content for members. Send me an email at usergroups@imwuc.org if you're interested in learning more!
