    Hi Nithin,

    This community is involved with AIOps. That is, how to use AI to ensure your IT systems remain performant, optimised and efficient.

    I think you are asking about AI in business terms such as how could AI help ensure a better customer journey/experience either in a restaurant or in ordering food and I can think of many such cases where AI could help, especially if it were able to know and understand the customers preferences and past behaviours.

    However this group isn't likely to yield answer other than for IT related AIOps.
