    I am migrating a client that has IBM Netcool 1.6 to use AI Manager and one of its functionalities is that they have the TSRM Gateway which integrates the alarms from Netcool to Control Desk, but in AI Manager it cannot be done since the alarms do not remain or The server object exists, and the only way to do it is with services now.
