Did you look in the $IMPACT_HOME/logs/nci_jrexec.log
Was the command JRexec ran correct?
Do you expect it to take longer than 20 seconds?
In the Policy that is calling JRexec, you can set the timeout.
The JRExecAction function has the following syntax: JRExecAction(Command, Parameters, ExecuteOnQueue, TimeOut)
