Event Manager Issue - Integrations Page Panel is Empty

    I completed Step 1 in @Zane Bray Zane's recent series.  I assigned all roles to icpadmin. I have a working Event Manager instance with all hamburger options.

    However, when I go to the Integrations panel, it is empty.  There are no icons or options to add.

    What did I do wrong?
