Event Analytics configuration won't load table fields

    Hello

    My team and I are configuring an Event Analytics instance on our customer environment. We have already installed both Impact and WebGUI with event analytics extensions, but we're facing some issues during the configuration.

    When we go to "Event Analytics Configuration" window, we are able to proceed until the end, but when we're asked for the fields on the "Configuring Report Fields" screen, it doesn't show any field, therefore when we try to save the configuration, we get the following error message:

    "ServerName field does not exist in the table. The table does not meet the columns requirements and can not be used"

    We have checked impact logs and the message appeared.

    Parser log: Error ServerName field : ServerName field does not exist in the table. The table does not meet the columns requirements and can not be used.
