Hi,
Have you tried using the API option I mentioned?
I'm not sure we can support the direct database access you are attempting.
You can of course open a case. But you might get a response that this is not supported, or to open an RFE (enhancement request)
Best Regards,

I have configured a generic JDBC data source by Downloading the Cassandra Driver. But not able to connect to Cassandra in AIOPS from external cluster. Can you please help us to fix this issue.

If you really want to connect to a Cassandra data source, you would configure a Generic JDBC data source and download the Cassandra JDBC driver. You also need to copy the JDBC driver to the $IMPACT_HOME/dealing directory. You'll need to restart the Impact server.

Hi Team,
We have metric data ingested from AppDynamics, CloudWatch, and other sources into CP4AIOps, and we need to display this data on a consolidated dashboard based on Impact Opview. We've identified that the metric data is stored in Cassandra DB in the dt_metric_value table. Could you please guide us on how to configure Cassandra as a datasource in Impact and how to fetch data from the Cassandra database within an Impact policy to display on the dashboard
