AIOps

Hi,

We are developing an integration via File Observer.

We are generating vertices from a database that has the definitions of the elements and connections.

The difficulty we are facing is the creation of resource groups using the Token Template Model.

The Token we intend to use is the custom field ANEL.

We defined the template by defining this custom field ANEL, which is one of the fields in the AIOps alert.

The basic question is whether we should define (or not) the ANEL field as a new entityType or as a new property in the vertices file.

Any clarification on how to configure and use the Token Template Model to create a resource group dynamically will be extremely welcome.
