AIOps Insights was launched on June 30, 2023 and listed in AWS marketplace on August 2nd, 2023. As a SaaS offering it is being continuously updated with bi-weekly releases. Using rapid deployment process, new features are delivered to production environments in three regions with minimal downtime.
Since data collection is crucial to AIOps Insights, the connectors work has been accelerated and the following connectors were delivered since GA

- Nagios
- Splunk
- SolarWinds
In addition platform dashboard has been enhanced by adding support for the following platforms
- OpenStack
- vSphere
- Power HMC
- zHMC
More options are now provided for ITOps engineers to receive notifications on critical and high severity incidents. These include
- MS Teams
- ServiceNow
- Google Chat
- Generic Webhook
- PagerDuty
- Splunk
- VictorOps
- OpsGenie
Understanding how trial users are using and exploring various capabilities in AIOps Insights is key to the success of the SaaS offering. In this regard great progress has been made in instrumenting the code for PLG. As a result AIOps Insights has become only the third product to complete try offer activation instrumentation.
