Meet Karen Schuster, who is a Technology Advocate in IT Automation & Observability at SVA System Vertrieb Alexander GmbH. She has been an IBM Champion in the Automation technology area since 2021! As a Monitoring enthusiast, Karen's favorite IBM products are Instana, Turbonomic, Apptio, and CP4AIOps. Their robust features and capabilities resonate with her professional interests. Karen’s favourite type of advocacy activities are creating blog posts and delivering lectures to the IT Automation Community. In addition to that, she provides testing and feedback support to IBM's product development group.

Karen is working with Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps for more then 4 years and has really deep knowledge in OCP, configurations, troubleshooting, and on top of it the NOI. And being part of the technology community allows her to contribute her knowledge and learn from others' experiences. As a Champion, the opportunity for information exchange with fellow experts is what drives and inspires Karen.
