One size doesn't fit all in enterprise software. Our new modular installation approach offers two deployment types: Base and Extended. The Base deployment provides core event management capabilities with a 16% reduction in vCPU usage and 15% memory savings, perfect for organizations focused on essential use cases. The Extended deployment enables the full suite of capabilities for organizations ready to leverage the complete power of IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps.
Incident Title Generation with WatsonX: Context at a Glance
We've all experienced the frustration of cryptic incident titles that require deep diving to understand the actual issue. Our new WatsonX-powered incident title generation learns from your organization's naming patterns to create clear, contextual titles automatically. This seemingly simple enhancement significantly reduces the time operators spend understanding incidents, leading to faster resolution times and smoother handoffs between teams.
Geo-Spatial Mapping: Visualizing Your Infrastructure
Understanding the geographical context of incidents can be crucial for large-scale operations. Our new geo-spatial mapping capability allows teams to visualize and analyze resources on dynamic, detailed maps. This feature provides immediate geographical context and enables teams to identify patterns and relationships that might otherwise go unnoticed.
