I recommend you utilize the Outlook PST Merger Tool. I used this, and the results were fantastic. It maintains data integrity and folder hierarchy during the merging process. It is the most secure and effective approach for combining Outlook PST data files. This software integrates the characteristics of PST files, such as emails, contacts, and calendars. It allows you to eliminate duplicate email items before merging PST files. This application supports both the ANSI and UNICODE PST file formats. The Aryson PST Merger program is compatible with all Windows versions. Try out the free trial version to understand more about the tool's capabilities and possibilities.

To merge multiple PST files, you can use Microsoft Outlook's built-in features. First, open Outlook and go to File > Account Settings > Data Files. Create a new blank PST file via Add and name it. Next, use File > Open & Export > Import/Export to import your existing PST files. Choose Import from another program or file, select Outlook Data File (.pst), and browse to the PST files you want to merge. Repeat the import process for each PST file. Finally, organize the merged data in the newly created PST file. For large or complex merges, consider third-party tools for more advanced options.
