    Hello,

    i am attempting  to sign up for the  CPLEX Optimization Studio academics. I have followed the instructions shown on following link.  (https://community.ibm.com/community/user/datascience/blogs/xavier-nodet1/2020/07/09/cplex-free-for-students?CommunityKey=ab7de0fd-6f43-47a9-8261-33578a231bb7&tab=) However, my problem is that i am unable to register. When I enter my academic email, I am not able to receive the validation link. The validation email does not arrive at my email address. I have checked my spam folder, i have checked my blocked email list and there is nothing in either that would suggest that the email delivery is being obstructed or diverted by my email account settings.

    I was referred to this forum IBM support. Any help or advice you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
