  • 1.  Download of CPEX student version not working: "Another IBMid has already been used with this application."

    Hi there!

    I registered as a student and have a working IBMid, which i can use for login without problems. Now i am trying to installI IBM CPLEX Optimizer (CPLEX Optimizer). After clicking on the right button (for academic use) i am redirected to the data science page, where i should login with my IBMid. But the login fails everytime with the following error message:
    I don't have another IBMid nor did i ever downloaded CPLEX before. I cleared my browser cache and tried using another browser. Nothing worked.
    I am currently working with the free version, but still need the academic version for my bachelor thesis.

    Hope somebody can help me out. Thanks a lot!

    Hello I'm student too and had same problem with you. But I found this in My IBM, however I don't know is this same version as academic's.
    Please help me too
