    Someone knows if here is a problem with accessing the latest version of CPLEX as an academic? When I follow the  Academic Initiative (AI) program posted on CPLEX Optimization Studio is free for students and academics!, the link "Download v12.10" doesn't work:

    PS: On researchgate, some one says that an academic version of cplex is not possible because his "academic institution is not currently a part of the IBM Academic Initiative program". I wonder whether it is reason for my failure to access to the cplex.

    If the error you get is "The resource is currently unavailable, please try again later", then there is nothing we can do about it, and you unfortunately have to wait (usually a few days).

    If you get another type of error, would you please post more details about it?
