You can now "freeze" columns so that they stay in view when you scroll or navigate horizontally in the Budget Line Items view. Freeze Column is a new command under the columns action menu. Note that Grouped columns are now treated as frozen columns as well.

You can now manage spend to plan for Capex as well. Actuals transactions (line items) can be designated as either Opex or Capex and are uploaded into the appropriate tab.
