Scheduler Application UI Debugging

Having issues in a Graphical View?

A user can try a couple things or their own or Support may ask you to provide IBM with extra information

1 - Go to Logging application
2 - Change scheduler UI to DEBUG.
3 - Save and Apply.
4 - Go back to Scheduler Application and open your schedule or work list
5 - Move to Graphical/Work/Assignment View tab

you will see this Zoom drop down in the tool bar

and if you right click on the description field value you will see these extra actions

 

 

Debug Item will show the JSON representation for the selected row/element

Clear Saved State - will put the schedule or work list back to the default values as if you had created a new schedule or work list

Fetch UI Model something support may ask for development to work with if the user is having issues that cannot be resolved
            - A new browser window will be open, select the contents of this window and save it in a text file named ui.json
Fetch Data Model - same as UI model
           - Another browser window will be open, select the contents of this window and save it in a text file named data.json

Reload of Body - development tool

Reload Model - development tool

Request Grid Refresh All - development tool

Load Alternate Model - development tool
